Move Your Teeth.
Keep Your Smile Yours.

Clear aligners are a series of removable trays that apply controlled pressure to gradually move natural teeth. They may help with crowding, spacing and selected bite concerns.

Clear aligners move teeth you already have. Dental implants replace teeth that are missing. If you need both, we plan their order together.

We assess your teeth, gums, bite and goals before recommending aligners. Complex tooth movements or bite problems may be better suited to braces or referral to an orthodontist. Dr. Stroh is a general dentist.

A Simple Overview

Your Clear Aligner Process.

01

Examine & Scan

Review your oral health, take appropriate records and discuss what you would like to change.

02

Wear & Review

Wear each tray as prescribed, often around 22 hours daily, removing it to eat and clean. Regular reviews guide your progress.

03

Finish & Retain

Additional trays may be needed to refine the result. Retainers help maintain the new tooth positions after treatment.

When You Need Both

Often, Straighten First.
Then Replace.

A healed implant is fused to the jawbone and does not move with ordinary orthodontic forces the way a natural tooth does. If teeth need straightening or space needs adjusting, we often recommend completing that movement before placing the implant.

This helps plan room for the replacement tooth and the bite. Some cases need a different sequence. Dr. Stroh will explain the order that fits your mouth.

What Should You Expect?

  • A personalized timeline: treatment length depends on the movements needed and how consistently trays are worn.
  • A little adjustment: pressure or tenderness can occur when changing trays.
  • Possible attachments: small tooth-colored attachments or limited reshaping between teeth may be part of the plan.
  • Ongoing care: keep up with brushing, flossing and dental visits. We discuss risks such as gum problems, root changes or relapse.

Aligners are removable, but treatment takes commitment. We will explain benefits, limitations and alternatives before you decide.

Insurance & Membership

A Clear Estimate. A Personal Plan.

Your total fee depends on the treatment you need. Your out-of-pocket cost also depends on your specific insurance benefits, exclusions and annual limits. We review your plan and estimated patient portion before treatment.

Our membership plan can lower fees for eligible treatment. Ask which implant or aligner services qualify and whether membership or insurance benefits apply to your situation; discounts are not automatically combined. Membership is not insurance.

Clear Aligner Questions, Answered.

Are clear aligners the same as dental implants?

No. Aligners straighten existing natural teeth. Implants replace missing teeth. Some people benefit from both treatments in a coordinated plan.

Can I straighten my teeth if I already have an implant?

Sometimes. The implant stays in place while suitable natural teeth may be moved around it. Your implant position, bite and available space determine what is possible.

Will I need retainers after clear aligners?

Yes. Teeth can shift after active treatment. We explain a retainer schedule to help maintain your result.

Will insurance or membership reduce my cost?

Orthodontic coverage may have age limits, lifetime maximums or exclusions. Eligible membership pricing can reduce fees under the plan terms. We provide an individualized estimate and explain which option applies.
