Whether you’re looking for a routine cleaning or an extensive procedure, we’ve got you covered.

Our Services

New Patient Exam

Each new patient exam includes a full mouth exam, x-rays, periodontal charting, and an oral cancer screening.

Implants

Dental implants are metal posts or frames that are surgically positioned into the jawbone beneath your gums. Once in place, they allow your dentist to mount replacement teeth onto them.

Tooth-Colored Composite Fillings

We offer tooth-colored restorations instead of silver metal restorations to fill your teeth after the removal of a cavity. These tooth-colored fillings are composed of a composite resin material which is a type of plastic material with smaller “filler” particles of glass-like material. We use the finest and most up-to-date materials available today.

Bridges

A bridge is a single appliance that is generally attached to two teeth on either side of the space where a tooth is missing. An artificial tooth attached in the middle of the bridge fills in the gap where the missing tooth was. The teeth on either side of the gap are prepared for crowns, and a highly accurate impression or mold is made of the prepared area. The mild is used to create a gold or porcelain (tooth colored) bridge in a special laboratory. The bridge is then cemented into the prepared surface of the teeth, effectively creating the appearance of a “new” tooth.

Extractions

A dental extraction, also known as tooth extraction, is a dental procedure in which a tooth is removed from its socket in the jawbone. There are various reasons why a tooth may need to be extracted. Here are some common reasons for dental extractions: Tooth Decay, Gum Disease, Impacted Teeth, Crowding or Trauma. In most cases, we recommend bone grafting the extraction site to preserve your bone.

Limited Dental Exams

These are problem-focused exams for a specific tooth or area of the mouth that is causing pain or concern. Treatment on the specific area can generally be completed the same day, if desired.

Crowns

A crown is a permanent covering that fits over an original tooth that has either decayed, been damaged, or cracked. Crowns can be made of a variety of different materials such as full porcelain crowns or more traditional porcelain to gold fused crowns. We use the highest quality labs to ensure that your crown fits well and lasts for years.

Intraoral Cameras

During your dental procedures, you can see for yourself where treatment is needed! With our state-of-the -art technology, each patient has a screen in the treatment room that allows them to view all x-rays and intraoral pictures that we take. This will allow you to spot the hard to reach and problem areas for at home care.

Laser Dentistry

For treatment of periodontal disease. Lasers have revolutionized multiple industries and oral care is no exception. We are proud to provide our customers with the most modern dentistry with the most cutting edge equipment.

Cleanings/Prophylactic Treatment

We offer regular cleanings as well as deep cleanings, called scaling and root planing, based on the recommendation of the dentist. The American Dental Association recommends that every patient receive a prophylactic treatment every 6 months. However, there are circumstances in which cleanings would be recommended every 3 months.

Athletic Mouth-Guards

Our athletic mouth guards are custom fit to your teeth and can help avoid dental trauma which may occur during athletic events.

Implant Supported Dentures

Full dentures which are attached to dental implants. This type of prosthesis is much more stable and provides superior prosthesis, as opposed to full dentures alone.

Root Canals

When the pulp becomes infected due to decay or injury to the tooth, the pulp must be removed from the center of the tooth and the canals of each root. Once the infected pulp is removed, the remaining chamber is filled with a rubber-based material to seal it off. Root canal therapy is an excellent way to save a tooth that would otherwise die and need to be removed entirely.

Take Home Teeth Whitening Kits

After making an impression of your teeth, custom trays are made to fit your mouth exactly. Prescription-strength whitening gel combined with perfectly fitted mouth trays create a brighter, whiter smile after just a few treatments.

Porcelain Veneers

Veneers are a thin shell made out of porcelain. They are custom made and cemented to the front side of the tooth. A veneer can be used to treat dental conditions such as a slightly crooked tooth, discolored teeth, chipped teeth, or they can even be used to cover space in between the teeth.

Comprehensive Orthodontic Treatment

Comprehensive orthodontic treatment. This can include aligning just the front teeth or just the back teeth, addressing crowding concerns, and other gum related issues, reducing large gaps in between the teeth, or other issues that do not affect the entire bite.

CEREC

Same day crown! CEREC creates ceramic restorations to restore damaged teeth - traditionally what was a lengthy process can now be done within a couple hours in the dental office. This means that many treatments can be completed in a single visit.

Child Exam & Cleaning

We welcome visits from all children ages 2 and above. Our services include a full mouth exam, x-rays (when permitted by child), and dental cleaning. We also offer nitrous oxide (when approved by parent/guardian), and we can often avoid using shots! We promise to make your child’s visit as comfortable as possible.

Sealants

Dental Sealants are a clear and protective coating that is applied to the biting surfaces of the back teeth. The sealant protects the tooth from getting a cavity by shielding against bacteria and plaque. Sealants are most commonly placed on children’s permanent teeth because they are more prone to cavities.

Night Guards

We offer a clear night guard for you to sleep in to alleviate clenching or grinding of your teeth during the night. Clenched or grinding of the teeth can lead to other jaw disorders, such as TMJ Disorders.

Dentures

At Bell Family Dentistry, we offer complete and partial dentures. Dentures are removable prosthetic devices designed to replace missing teeth.

Nitrous Oxide (laughing gas)

Nitrous Oxide provides a safe, effective way to alleviate dental anxiety and provide patients with the treatment they need while feeling comfortable.

Digital Dental X-Rays

Digital X-rays use 90% less radiation than traditional x-rays and are very accurate. Images are able to be viewed in just seconds and allow us to effectively diagnose any areas of concern.

Sonicare and Other Retail Products

We offer Sonicare and Oral B Products, as well as Fluoridex, Breath Rx and other retail products. We only offer products that we believe are effective in providing great oral care, including solutions for sensitive teeth, better brushing, and fresher breath.
